As used in sections 58a-1 to 58a-3 of this title, the term - (1) "Sergeant at Arms" means the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the United States Senate; and (2) "user" means any Senator, Officer of the Senate, Committee, office, or entity provided telephone equipment and services by the Sergeant at Arms.
